In connection with the individual employee commitment, knowledge, experience and ability INUPLAN A/S want to be the preferred consultant and collaboration partner in building and construction in Greenland
INUPLAN A/S will be the leading engineering consultant in Greenland and the goal is that the company will expand and double its size within the next 5 years so that Greenland has at least one engineering company that can offer a wide variety of engineering services but with a basis in the more traditional service areas in building and construction department.
INUPLAN A/S is comitted to securing that technical tasks in Greenland are solved by technicians living in Greenland by ensuring that competence is transferred to and preserved in Greenlandic companies.
Traditionally too many important tasks have been sent out of the country to other consulting firms which means they're solved and managed by companies that are not registered in Greenland. This restricts and undermines the knowledge base and the build-up of competence in Greenlandic companies.
It is important that Greenlandic companies manages and these tasks and calls upon external help if the need arises. Only in that way can we build our network and collaborate with other consultants from other countries and ensure that the knowledge and experience gained remains in our country.
INUPLAN A/S is comitted to draw attention to and change this situation.
On a daily basis INUPLAN A/S will maintain its position as a consulting engineering company offering qualified and economically well-balanced advice to the client.
INUPLAN A/S will remain a self-owned company, primarily through personal stockholders who also are active in the company. So the foundation of our act of freedom and impartialness is secured in connection with our business relations.
Through a number of years INUPLAN A/S has taken in engineer interns from Greenland as well from Denmark. We have done this to promote the knowledge of Greenland and the special conditions that are part of working on engineering tasks in Greenland and also as a possible way of widening our future recruitment base.
