1. Introduction
Any consultation assignments, which are solved by INUPLAN, are called ”cases” and are solved by a task organisation consisting of
Case consultant (CC)
Case manager (CM)
Case worker (CW)
The sizes of the cases varies a lot and this means that a task organisation in big projects will consist of a large group of employees, whereas in smaller projects there will often be an overlap between the CC, CM and CW.
In the following there will be a description of the conditions of the responsibility in the task organisation.
2. Agreement conditions
INUPLAN can only take new consultation assignments to the extent this is agreed with the corporation’s daily management.
Before a consultation assignment is started there shall be an agreement with the customer about the extent of the work, deadlines and payments. Depending on the size of the project and characteristics this can eventually be started on basis of a temporary agreement, which can be an oral agreement. The form and content of any agreement about consultation services shall surpass an approval of the corporation’s daily management.
The corporation’s board of trustees has announced that the daily management has authority to bind the company in connection with making a consultation agreement.
3. Case consultant
CC has to the client and the company’s management responsibility of a correct treatment of casework, as well as technical, time related and economic sense. Furthermore CC has the responsibility of an acceptable intern case economy.
In cooperation with the corporation’s daily management a CC can hand out the responsibility of the completion of the task to a CM. CC has in cooperation with the case manager the responsibility to create a reasonable establishment for the completion of the project at the time of manning the case.
4. Case manager
CM has on basis of the foregoing agreement with the customer and the company’s resource foundation the responsibility of the creation of a case programme which includes the following points:
The basis of the project
Services
Case organisation
Time plan
Honorary estimation
Account statement
CM shall furthermore create a quality plan for the case. In this it should be stated, how the quality insurance and control as well as documentation should be executed.
CM shall control the completion of the case and keep CC up to date about the case’s progression and costs.
CM shall lead and coordinate the work internally in INUPLAN and be in charge of contacting the client and the collaborators, among these other consulting companies. Pure professional contacts between other case workers and collaborators can often happen but has to be supervised by the CM.
5. Case workers CW
On the basis of the case programme, the remaining employees has the responsibility for any in their own field of expertise, to solve the handed assignment in such a way that the client is supplied with services, which fulfils his legitimate expectations and needs.
CW and CM should jointly review the assignment and ensure that CW is up to date with the knowledge that is required to solve the handed assignment. To the extent that is necessary special knowledge can be acquired at external collaborators. Regarding agreements about this the same rules apply as stated under point 2.
CW shall hold CM up to date eventually about direct contact to the client and other collaborators.
6. Quality insurance (QI)
Our quality goal can be formulated as the following:
INUPLAN’s shall deliver the client services in such a way that the legitimate expectations and needs are fulfilled in concurrence with the agreement basis.
The services shall be executed in such a way that in also satisfying the former mentioned quality goal to procure the cost of production and secure our competitiveness.
There should be made good and trustworthy connections between clients and our employees. The purpose is among other things to secure that the client needs for the service is determined and understood such that the expectations for the service can be realised.
Projects are completed in close connection with the client so there is through the whole project course is established a mutual understanding and accept.
A basic premise for the realisation of our quality goal is that any assignment is organised and properly manned. Therefore all assignments are solved in a task organisation, which is described previously of the employees who possesses the relevant professional qualifications and human properties.
Our intern work with quality includes the main following points:

Includes an examination of a project with the purpose to verify that the project is free of errors and it isn’t short of anything before its publication. |
In regards to the “Ordinary conditions for working and deliveries in building and construction enterprises” (ABR) it is suggested that consultation services are divided into phases in program, proposal, projecting, execution and use. The project scrutiny is prepared so that the optimal task solution is determined earliest in the process in the program- and proposal phases while the project control is primarily executed during the following phases.
In a typical assignment course with the working of a project proposal followed by a main project should be executed as the following:

The professional scrutiny / control shall be executed by an employee who possesses the necessary professional qualifications that is needed for such a professional service. The control does not exclude the temporary executing employee for the primary responsibility for his services.
The case manager executes a coordinated control to ensure a safe assignment completion in its whole across professional work fields and fulfils the demands that are agreed with the client.

In the above mentioned case with a project proposal and a main project the scrutiny of the project proposal shall end and be documented as soon as the initial delivery of the project proposal is completed. A main project shall be controlled before reproduction of the start of the drawings and SA. In both situations the documentation of the executing QI-activity shall be written in the form of an endorsement of the archive specimen in connection with the project proposals’ text statement and that to the main project included SA.
The scrutinized / controlled documents are marked “KS – KOPI” or any with equal meaning and signed by the controller. After an examination and revision of the concerned CW the documents are collected in a time-write folder for the case. The documents are hereafter held for at least 5 years / max. 10 years.
In case where there are no employees with adequate professional qualifications present to the execution of the above mentioned control (e.g. a one man office), there shall in connection with the case consultant be arranged a procedure for the execution of the professional control in another place.
